- Orders placed through this web site will be delivered by courier between 1 to 3 working days after placement of order (subject to stock availability). For next day special delivery or any other special requests please give us a call on 0845 226 7374. Items will be delivered to you from Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 5:30pm.
- Delivery of goods to levels other than the ground floor may require assistance. When necessary, confirmation that assistance is available will be required before despatch.
- Please contact us for confirmation of the delivery charge for orders to be delivered to Ireland
- Delivery shortages must be reported within 3 working days in writing or by e-mail to info@shoppingbagsdirect.com. Shortages cannot be rectified after this period (a shortage is an item listed on the delivery note that is not present).
- We trade in GBP, USD & EURO but our main trade is British Pound Sterling. If you are outside UK, please give us a call or send an e-mail to info@shoppingbagsdirect.com and we will convert your payment in the relevant currency.
- An invoice will be sent by e-mail, the payment terms for credit account customers are 15th of following month of invoice. All goods remain the property of ShoppingBagsDirect.com until paid for in full. Prices quoted on the web site are exclusive of VAT of which will be added at the prevailing rate at time of order before payment is taken.
- For Limited/PLC companies, all outstanding balances are the responsibility of the director(s) in the event of the company ceasing trading.
Any fees incurred tracing a company that has moved premises will be passed on to the account holder.
- "Shopping Bags Direct" price: this is the price at which we will sell the products advertised. However, occasionally an item may be inadvertently miss-priced on the site. If the correct price is lower than the quoted price we will charge you the lower (correct) amount and deliver the item to you. If the correct price is higher than our quoted price we will at our discretion despatch the item at the lower price. In the case of any obvious error on price we will, if details are available from your order, contact you before despatching the goods to you. All prices quoted on the web site are exclusive of VAT. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- All overseas deliveries must be returned at the cost of the customer. Any refunds will be minus the delivery charge.

A refund will be given on all unwanted goods if returned within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Unwanted goods returned within 7 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and admin charge.
Unwanted goods must be returned at customer's expense (collection charge of goods to be charged to the customer)
Unwanted goods cannot be returned after 7 days.
You will receive a refund from us within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods.

Please note colour shades of the bag may defer from supplier to supplier. Colour shades may not match with all shipments or orders due to different batch received from different suppliers. Please note that print colour shades may vary depend upon the material, texture and surface of the printed product used by our suppliers.
