Artistic cards are to be included in this year's Country Music Association Awards gift bags.
This year's Country Music Association (CMA) Awards in Nashville is set to be an exciting event, not only for the audience but also those nominated. Stars heading to the 46th annual event can look forward to exciting gift bags, which include a series of artistic cards, according to Long Valley Patch. Jessica Gattone, a graduate of James Caldwell High School, has designed her very own white note cards to be added into the celebrity bags. They feature a simple design of musical notes and birds, and read: "Music takes root in your soul and takes flight." Each card is designed to appeal to the talented musicians and singers attending the prestigious event. The designs were made through Ms Gattone's association with The Artisan Group, and follow on from similar graphic pieces she has created in the past. She said in an email to The Caldwells Patch: "The artists participating through The Artisan Group created products specifically designed for the event and approved by the CMA Awards. "[Being] featured backstage and being included in the official gift bag at this prestigious event is quite an honour." Ms Gattone went on to explain that her work radiates from nature, music and life. She added: "After working in the graphic and media design field, I wanted to become less digital. Opening my own graphic design studio, Sparetire Design, allowed me to focus on design and strategy." This year's CMA Awards will feature some of the industry's brightest stars, including Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Kenny Chesney and Blake Shelton, each of which will now be receiving a series of artisan gifts. The awards ceremony airs on Thursday November 1st on ABC, with a series of live performances and surprise collaborations. Shopping Bags Direct is a leading retailer of Gift Bags.
